8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme Optional Flavoring: 1 teaspoon Almond Extract, or 1 tablesppon Kahlua Coffee, or 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, or 2 tablesppons Brown Sugar, or 2 teaspoons Orange Juice, or 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Whip cream cheese and marshmellow creme until fluffy. Add flavoring of your choice, if desired.

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE DIP
1 cup Fresh Cream 6 ounces Frozen Pineapple concentrate, thawed 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons Powered Sugar 2 or 3 tablespoons Ginger Root 8 ounces Cream Cheese
Whip cream until fluffy. Beat in pineapple and lemon juice gradually. Stir in sugar and ginger. Refrigerate to blend flavors for 2 hours. Beat cream to fluff and fold in cream cheese.

1 1/2 pounds Large Shrimp (peeled & devained) 3 cups Florida Strawberries (stemed & quarted) 1/4 cup Canola Oil 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning 3 tablesppons fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups cooked brown rice
Mix Oil, Vinegar, and 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper together. Add strawberries to mixture and toss to coat
In skillet, melt better over medium-high heat and add shrimp and garlic. Stir frequently for 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Stir in parsley, salt and 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper.
In deep serving dish spoon in rice, place shrimp mixture over rice and then strawberry mixture over shirmp. Ready to Serve.
STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 1/2 cups Florida Blueberries 1 1/2 cups Florida Strawberries 1 cup Vanilla Yougurt 1/2 cup Grape Juice
Blend all ingredients into blender until smooth.
FLORIDA STRAWBERRY BREAD
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour 3/4 cup Sugar 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1/3 cup Almond Slivers 1/4 cup Cooking Oil 3/4 cup Buttermilk 1 cup Florida Fresh Strawberries, mashed 2 Eggs, beaten
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and almonds. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the oil, buttermilk, mashed Florida strawberries, and eggs. Stir well and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
